I’ve led finance in multiple high-growth SaaS environments, including logistics, taxi scheduling and fintech. I've helped companies drive MRR growth, raised over tens of millions in funding from VC's and angel investors, and introduced enhanced financial reporting and OKR's to improve strategic clarity. I've established overseas subsidiaries and have run finance operations across 3 continents. However. as well as seeing a business from a strategic viewpoint I'm deeply grounded in operations and can delve into the detail when needed.
My approach to SaaS finance goes far beyond the numbers. I have implemented full overhauls of billing and financial systems to enable accurate, real-time SaaS reporting. I’ve scaled finance and HR teams, led significant cost restructuring programmes, and developed frameworks for improved operational efficiency, culture, and talent retention. I’m also experienced in producing R&D tax credit claims, regularly reclaiming over £600k annually.
